We make every effort to display our products, colors, and packaging as accurately as possible. Actual colors and label finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify formulations and packaging.
Our products are intended for their stated purpose only. Please read each product label and the “Take Extra Care” instructions before use.

3. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Our Home Surface Tonics and Signature Oil Blends are for external use only and are not to be ingested.
Always follow the directions and warnings printed on each product label.
Home Surface Tonics are intended for hard, sealed surfaces; test on an inconspicuous area first.
Oil Blends are intended for diffusers, scent stones, and room-fragrance applications — not for direct application to skin unless otherwise indicated.
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. If pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare provider before use.

Important: Just Say Les is not liable for any adverse reaction, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow label instructions. Use products as directed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applied is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be mispriced. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you. We are not obligated to honor any order placed at an incorrect price.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available on the Site.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Inner Circle

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time and quantity, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
By joining “The Inner Circle” email list, you consent to receive marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

All content on this Site — including the Just Say Les name, logo, the “Raise the Standard” tagline, product names (such as Crew Love and Glow Getter), label designs, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Just Say Les, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use our trademarks or branding.
